1. Use of Our Services

InsightNarrative allows users to upload business data, which we analyze to generate executive narratives and presentations. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Data Handling and Google Integration

By uploading your data or connecting your Google Workspace account, you acknowledge that InsightNarrative stores the uploaded data, the analyses, and the generated presentations to provide our services. We handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You maintain ownership of your data, and you represent that you have the right to grant us access to any connected third-party integrations, including your Google account.

4. Intellectual Property and AI Models

All generated content remains your property. InsightNarrative may use anonymized, non-Google data for the purpose of improving our generalized AI models. As required by Google’s Limited Use policy, all data accessed or processed through Google API integrations is completely excluded from any AI or machine learning model training.

5. Limitation of Liability

InsightNarrative is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
