InsightNarrative respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your data when you use our services.

1. Data Collection

We collect data you upload to our platform, including business documents, analysis inputs, and any generated presentations. We also collect usage data to improve our services.

2. Use of Data and Google API Services

Your uploaded data is used to generate executive narratives and presentations. We may also use anonymized, non-Google platform data to train and improve our AI models.

InsightNarrative’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We strictly do not use, transfer, or share Google user data or data obtained through Google API scopes to train, tune, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Google Drive Access

When you connect Google Drive, InsightNarrative requests only the limited drive.file scope. This means we can access solely the specific file you choose through the Google file picker — we cannot list, scan, or read any other files in your Google Drive. Google OAuth tokens are used only on our servers to download the file you selected and are never shared with third parties. You can disconnect the integration from within the app at any time and revoke our access through your Google Account security settings.

3. Data Storage

All uploaded data and generated outputs are securely stored. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

4. Sharing, Disclosure, and Third-Party Transfer

We do not sell your personal or business data. Data may be shared with infrastructure service providers (such as cloud hosting and secure database providers) only for essential operational purposes under strict confidentiality agreements.

We do not share or transfer any data obtained through Google API Services to third parties, unless it is strictly necessary to provide or improve your specific executive reporting features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not pass Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or unapproved third-party tools.

5. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your uploaded data at any time by contacting us at contact@insightnarrative.com. We respect your rights under applicable data protection laws.

6. Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
