Pricing & billing questions
Is InsightNarrative really free right now?+
Yes, and nothing is held back. Every feature — all export formats, shared workspaces, comments and sign-off, share links, scheduled refresh — is included during early access, with no credit card. Signing in is only needed to save decks to an account, collaborate with a team, or schedule a refresh.
Are collaboration and team features paid?+
No. Shared workspaces, slide comments, review requests, approval sign-off and notifications are all available today at no cost. There is no paid plan you can buy yet, so nothing is gated behind one.
What happens when early access ends?+
Paid Pro and Team plans are planned, but prices aren't final yet. Early-access users will get advance notice before anything changes — nothing will be charged silently.
Are there usage limits during early access?+
There are fair-use rate limits on uploads to keep the service responsive for everyone. If you hit one, you can contact us for extended access.
